chris kempton

Initiated a traditional aerobics class in 1986 in Charlevoix, MI., transitioning to the ‘step’ craze as the new trend emerged. In 1990,  a water aerobic and fitness class was developed and initiated in a local community pool. The year 2000, inspired by Zumba, an innovative ‘Mad Dance” variation was initiated and delivered for two decades in a community resort, along with ball core conditioning and traditional palates.  Energy, passion, and enthusiasm are the hallmarks of the Mad Dance routines, each group of participants always given opportunity to enjoy the level of engagement correct for them.

The family moved to Paradise in 2018, just before the fire… we endured with ‘you’ … and look forward to being a part of the ‘new’ community.
