Description
This class focuses on low impact postural exercises, that includes full body conditioning for total body strength, endurance, stability and good posture.This is a great class for those that are looking for a less intimidating experience.
Teens age 15+ may attend unaccompanied by an adult
Typical Class
Class begins with lightweight warm-ups then moves into working core muscles, upper body strength training and lower body exercises. Class ends with cool-down exercises and muscle stretches.
